Contact usEvaluate: BluAssist evaluates body camera audio and officer RMS reports, identifying strengths and coaching opportunities while satisfying the need for regular BWC Audits. These evaluations require no additional effort from overworked supervisors and trainers, freeing up valuable time to focus on more impactful tasks.
Auto-Summary: BluAssist helps officers and supervisors read event summaries based on RMS reports, CAD data and body-worn camera (BWC) audio.
Review: BluAssist helps guide supervisors as they review RMS reports sent to them for approval. By using the same type of technology as a “grammarly”-type application, Sergeants can be directed to specific areas of the officer’s report that may require attention or a critical eye.
Evaluate: With CommsCoach, supervisors can automatically evaluate a significant portion of calls - even all calls and radio traffic. Whether as a full blown QAQI program or ongoing evaluations tailored by CAD incident type, disposition, and other critical CAD parameters, you can improve overall performance and personalized coaching and development, addressing unique needs and improving the effectiveness of each telecommunicator.
Train: CommsCoach offers an AI simulation tool serving a superior training experience compared to static simulators. By providing dynamic, real-time reactions to the call taker's responses, these simulations adapt on the fly, presenting varied scenarios and emotional responses that closely mirror real-life emergencies. This interactive approach helps trainees develop essential skills needed for long term career success in 911.
Evaluate: MedAssist evaluates a medic’s ePCR reports and assists in the end to end QA of care provided and documented. Leveraging data from CAD, ePCR and a variety of device outputs, our library of protocols and compliance rules help ensure that EMS are adhering to local policies and best practices.
Auto-Draft: MedAssist helps medics draft ePCR reports based on the audio captured in the MedAssist app on scene. Combining this with CAD, other device data and best practice guidelines, reducing time on paperwork and ensuring consistency.
